Yes, I think WonderBug was part of that too. And what about the Donny and
Marie Show, Schoolhouse Rock, and H.R. Pufnstuff? Did anyone else watch
the Electric
Company??? Big Blue Marble, I guess we could go on forever....

Wasn't Martha Raye the evil woman who was always trying to steal their wings?

I watch Sat morn cartoons with my 3-yr-old, and there's now a new version
of Land of the Lost. Plus I get to see those reruns of Schoolhouse Rock.

okay, question: I remember a show I used to watch long ago that had kids
living on a double decker bus in a junkyard. I even had a lunchbox of
this show when I was eight (1972) or so. Does anyone else remember it, or
have I been hit in the head too much??

I think that I remember this show, and that it was called The
Double-Deckers. The theme song went something like:
Get on board,
Get on board,
Get on board the Double-Deckers,
Get on board,
Get on board,
Get on board the double-decker bus.
Inspired, isn't it?

Land of the lost was great. When my youngest son has been playing outside
and comes in all dirty I tell my wife he looks like "Chaaka"<spell>.

OH NO! SLEESTACKS!!

The best thing about LotL, in the opinion of me & my sibling, was that
the brother & sister were always fighting & insulting each other. The
only realistic show on TV in that respect.
