Yes, I think WonderBug was part of that too. And what about the Donny and
Marie Show, Schoolhouse Rock, and H.R. Pufnstuff? Did anyone else watch
the Electric
Company??? Big Blue Marble, I guess we could go on forever....
: Oh why not. What have I got to lose?
: "The Buggaboos, the Buggaboos
: They're in the air and everywhere
: Flying high, flying low....."
: Oops. Memory runs out here.
Wasn't Martha Raye the evil woman who was always trying to steal their wings?
: Also: HR Pufinstuf with jack wild, Lidsville with Charles Nelson Riley
: and (most importantly) Land of the Lost. Does anyone know what the little
: blond girl with braids is doing now? Now that I've made a complete ass of
: myself?
I watch Sat morn cartoons with my 3-yr-old, and there's now a new version
of Land of the Lost. Plus I get to see those reruns of Schoolhouse Rock.

But then I guess, it's always been this way/The harder you look, the darker it
gets/And when you're finally lost/THAT'S when it finds you/Somehow you never
really/Get anywhere at all./But if you're lucky/Something might come to you/
And when it does/Will you welcome it/With Open Arms?/Or With CLENCHED FIST??
/For me it's easy/When it rains, I pour/When it Shines, I'm Bright/
And when Daytime is over/I Become The Night. (Jenn Thomas (c)1982)

Life is an adventure, come go questing with me...
I think that I remember this show, and that it was called The
Double-Deckers. The theme song went something like:
Get on board,
Get on board,
Get on board the Double-Deckers,
Get on board,
Get on board,
Get on board the double-decker bus.
Inspired, isn't it?

OH NO! SLEESTACKS!!
The best thing about LotL, in the opinion of me & my sibling, was that
the brother & sister were always fighting & insulting each other. The
only realistic show on TV in that respect.
