Simple Password Protect Folder Program

I am not looking for an elaborate program to encrypt files etc.. Is there a
simple freeware program that will require a password to access a folder
(either to see it's contents or open a file in it)?

Only one PW entry field is supplied so it's best to type the PW in
Notepad first then copy-past into dirLock's PW box to avoid problems
with typos.
