After over a year at trying to get a no-good piece of garbage
fraudster thrown off of eBay, and after getting a 500+ positive
account permanently suspended for my efforts, I've resigned myself to
the fact that eBay is the new "welfare state" in the US...a
mechanation that allows otherwise unemployable dickwads to make scads
of money by picking the pockets of not-too-smart eBayers with bucks to
burn. No WONDER this scam was recommended by Dickhead Cheney!
EBay is a fraudster's paradise, and eBay management MUST know this! I
think the whole thing should be nuked, myself.

His latest accomplishment: Selling homemade, low quality dubs of an
old GC Electronics 8 track cartridge alignment tape, using the GC
Electronics and Audiotex logos and names, and promoting them as "real"
on sleazeBay. Now, since GC-Waldom's legal counsel warned him on
Monday, he cleaned up all the trademark and logo references in his
previous auction...and yesterday, posts a NEW auction WITH the
Audiotex trademark back in it! Oh well...GC-Waldom is watching him
now. Hopefully, they'll gut him like a fish.
Charlie Nudo...an example of how eBay is going down the crapper.
Tip: He's already been shut down last week for Usenet spam of eBay
auctions, and has pending fraud investigations. Any "Security Center"
reports against this jerkoff are appreciated, as it would remove his
"Power Smeller" status, and thus, under eBay corrupt and fraudulent
ToS enforcement, finally get him closed down pending more complaints.

many Ebay buyers and sellers when you got in arguments with them on Usenet.
You also forgot to mention you posted maps to their homes, threatened them
with violence, posted their feedback and their buying and selling histories.
