Hi All,

Our letter about the Beauregard Plan has appeared in the
Gazette-Packet:
http://www.connectionnewspapers.com/news/2012/mar/29/letter-serve-bicyclists-better/

We still need a volunteer to take this message to the
April 9 town hall meeting at John Adams Elementary School
(5651 Rayburn Ave).

Hi Amos,

Thanks for speaking up! That would be a big help!
Mainly, you need to arrive before the formal start
of the meeting and ask if there is a speaker sign-up
(they might just have microphones and be asking
people to line up at them). Asking about the speaking
protocol is a good excuse to meet and talk to the
people who are running the meeting. And then be
brief and positive when you speak (they like that).

Thanks Again!

Jonathan
