Hi all,

Thank you for providing us the campaign id. I hope that all of you are feeling well today.

I can say that this is not possible in the Google Ads API as non portfolio target CPA is not supported. The non portfolio target CPA is replaced by the MaximizeConversions according to this blog post. Let me know if you have further questions.
