Generate Keyword Ideas by Country

Hello, 

I am pulling keyword ideas via Python following the below documentation.

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/samples/generate-keyword-ideas

Are there country ids available to send in the API request's 'location_id' parameter in order to pull the volumes for the entire country instead of a city?

e.g. Saudi Arabia has 4 location ids (1012088- Riyadh, 1012089 - Jeddah, 1012091 - Al Jubail, 1012092 - Dhahran). I would like to get an aggregated number for Saudi Arabia as a country.
