Do any other Google Ads APIs except Planning Service Request have the limit of 'QPS<=1'?

Hi Google Engineer:

     I have known that Planning Service  Request have the limit of 'QPS<=1' from the follow link:

      However, this link does not point out whether other Google Ads APIs except Planning Service  Request have the limit of 'QPS<=1' as well? Could you help to answer me?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

For the other Google Ads APIs requests except Planning Service Request, the limit is still applicable otherwise sending too many requests in a short period would result in error. However, after waiting you should be able to retry your request with back off policy implementation.
