How to use PolicyApprovalStatus and PolicyReviewStatus

Hi,

I’m trying to get the status of PMax Assets as following UI screenshot, 

1. How to get this status? 

2. What's the difference between PolicyApprovalStatus and PolicyReviewStatus? Can I assume that if PolicyApprovalStatus is UNKNOWN or UNSPECIFIED, the asset is still under review?

To answer your questions, you may refer to my answers below:

1. How to get this status? 

You may use this asset_field_type_view.field_type report as it contains the data type values of enum that you are looking for.

2. What's the difference between PolicyApprovalStatus and PolicyReviewStatus? Can I assume that if PolicyApprovalStatus is UNKNOWN or UNSPECIFIED, the asset is still under review? 

PolicyApprovalStatus means "The possible policy approval statuses. When there are several approval statuses available the most severe one will be used." and PolicyReviewStatus means "The possible policy review statuses." as it says in the document. For UNSPECIFIED, "No value has been specified", it appears that this can be not supported. To better check this, would you be able to provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end, where we can see this "UNSPECIFIED"?
