How to get city name from geo_target_city

I am querying from geographic_view. The command 

select geo_target_city from geographic_view

returns 

geoTargetConstants/<some integer>

How do I translate this into a city name?

You will need to use the geo_target_constant, include the geo_target_constant.name and filter the geo_target_constant.resource_name by the resource name you've retrieved in geographic_view. By the following the said suggestion, you can retrieve the name of a specific geo location.
