Lead Form Extension API ERROR

HI,

I'm implementing Add Lead Form Extension(AddLeadFormExtension.php). but am getting following errors-

Request with ID 'gKTWZrjBNkRzEbXYFXKA2A' has failed.
Google Ads failure details:
        asset_error: Lead forms require that the Terms of Service have been agreed to before mutates can be executed.
        not_allowlisted_error: Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature.

Pls help me to fix it...

Could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id, so our team can better check?

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead..

Thanks for getting back to us with the requested information.

Upon checking the attached logs, it seems that the Add Lead Form Extension feature is available to allowlisted accounts only. Also, note that Lead forms require that the Terms of Service have been agreed to before mutates can be executed. That being said, as for your allowlisting concerns, I'm afraid that this is already out of our team's expertise. We suggest that you reach out to your assigned Google representative instead. If you don't have any, you can reach out to the Product Support team via this link and ask them to provide one.
