Thank you for posting your concern.
Before proceeding to your concern, I would like to inform you first that I am going to remove your initial post as it contains generated logs. I will paste here on my reply the context of your concern instead:
"I want to change the setting language to Japanese in google.ads.googleads.v8.services and I sent the following request, but I get an error."
As for your issue, upon checking it, I can see that the temporary ID for campaign creation is not properly implemented. With this, instead of setting "/2", change it to "-2" and retry the API request again.
Let me know how it goes after trying the provided suggestions.
