SiteSuggestionService internal error

It has been happening for long time

If LanguageGeoTargeting contains a country - all right
If LanguageGeoTargeting contains a region - Google Adwords API throws
the internal error exception

core engineering team.

To follow up on this, the root cause has been identified, and the
issue should be resolved in a server-side update to the AdWords API.
That should take place within the next few weeks.
