UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

Hi
Google Adwords Team

While adding campain using sanbox option we are getting an Error like "InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ "
We have checked again by changing header information.but retrieving the same response.

We have been trying since IST 9.00 AM.
Is this is the problem with the Adwords Server ??

Have you migrated to v200909 yet?
The v13 sunset is on April 22, 2010.

I have the same error when deleting campaigns.

I get the same error when adding a new Campaign using the sandbox.

The AdWords API sandbox is currently experiencing some technical
issues, and the core engineering team is working on the problem. I
