Python Client Library Updated (v4.1.0)

[AdWords API Advisor]

An updated version of Python client library is available from
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-python-lib/. This is a
minor release and includes the following changes and updates:

- Fixed type of contentTargeting in v13, when in use with SOAPpy
- A workaround for users of python2.5 (and up), which allows usage
of PyXML
