Bulk Upload into Googe Adwords

Could someone point me in the right direction of how to Bulk Upload
keywords and Ad Text into Google?

Get a Google account rep and send them the bulk sheet. If you try it
with this API you're probably going burn your entire SOAP API quota in
a few seconds.
