Problems with Developer Token using adwords4r

Hey All,

Just getting started using the Ruby API.

For the last couple of days (before 2 days ago), I had everything
working with the sample code just fine. Just playing with the library
and getting comfortable with the interface.

However, starting 2 days ago, I am now getting error 500: Internal
Error. The Developer Token is invalid. I changed my credentials from
the developer token that I had originally received (a string of
randomish looking characters) to my email address ++USD and that
changed the error to "Invalid Username or Password." Then, I tried a
couple of combinations on this, trying to figure out what it wanted,
and after 3-4 attempts I'm now getting a:

The specified account has been blocked due to excessive failed logins.

Any thoughts on how this should be setup for the sample code using
adwords4r? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

P.s. The code I was using, without change, was from

Information on how to set the credentials for the AdWords API can be
found in the Readme.txt file of the client library (http://
code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-ruby/source/browse/trunk/
Readme.txt). If you are connecting to the Sandbox environment though,
the values required are slightly different. The settings required for
the sandbox environment can be found here:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_sandbox.html#requestheaders.

If you continue to receive 500 errors after unlocking your account and
restoring your credentials let us know.

Thanks!

But, did I miss something? The form link you provided links to this
thread on Google Groups. Is there a form somewhere within Google
