Upcoming Sandbox DB Refresh: Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 1

Hi, 

The AdWords API Sandbox's database is scheduled to be refreshed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 1, during which all data stored in the sandbox will be cleared.  We apologize for the late notice.  AdWords API v13 users will have to recreate their client accounts by making a request to AccountService.getClientAccounts(), and v200909 users or later should make a request to CampaignService.get().  More information on the sandbox environment and our periodic refreshes is available at:

I just got this error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from
'https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201008/
CampaignService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://
adwords-sandbox.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201008/CampaignService?
wsdl",

Is that because of the sandbox maintaining now? Cause it's working in
the production environment of "https://adwords.google.com".
