KeywordToolService on v2009

It says that v13 will not be supported on April 22, so I was looking
for the replacement of the KeywordToolService that was provided in v13
of the API. It would be great if someone could give me a link
reference? There's an example that is provided on how to get keywords,
given a URL, but this example uses the KeywordToolService, which would
not be supported.. Thank you!

The KeywordToolService has been replaced by the TargetingIdeaService
in v200909.
