actionbar tab navigation from one activity to another in same tab

Hi i have downloaded the actionbar sherlock zip file and i am able to
run the samples provided by them upto this its ok but in tabs how can
we move from one activity to another in the same tab using this
actionbar sherlock library in the examples they have not provided
it .how can i do that one .

The action bar tabs simply offer callbacks where you are responsible for changing the content in some way. How you do that is entirely up to you and independent of the library.

However, the action bar lives within an activity so you will not be able to use another activity as the "tab view". The two common things to do is change Views or change Fragments. Both of those are pure-Android topics and you'll find a lot more information and help from the official Android mailing list and/or StackOverflow.
