When clicking on the download button, a tiddler appears in which there
is a frame containing :

What's your browser and OS?

Also try downloading it manually:

Firefox 3.0.10 on arch linux.

Yes, I've manage to get it manually in the meanwhile...

I guess there are other problem as some plugins failed in TiddlyVault
and TiddlyTools, in which I get errors similar to : "Error:
SyntaxError: missing } after property list".

Also some links are badly displayed. For example, in the ImportTiddler
tiddler, I can read (with the <a class... appearing on the renndered
page):
1. If the tiddler is on an external site, first copy the URL of the
site which includes the tiddler you'd like to download into your
clipboard (eg <a class="linkification-ext" href="http://
www.tiddlytools.com" title="Linkification:
http://www.tiddlytools.com">http://www.tiddlytools.com</a>)

For info, it works well with Flock 2.0.3 on the same computer

"Linkification".... ah ha! This indicates that you've almost
certainly installed some FireFox browser plugins... some of which make
assumptions about *static* page content that are not compatible with
TiddlyWiki's *dyamically-generated* content.

Try starting FireFox with an unmodified profile (use the --profile-
manager argument on the command line when you start FireFox). If the
problems disappear, then try re-enabling browser plugins one at a time
until the problem re-emerges. That will tell you *which* browser
plugin is messing things up.

Of course, you were right !
Don't know why I haven't thought about it by myself.

Thank you very much for your help.
