Hi !
Here comes the new Internet Explorer labelled 8.0 and with it some new
bugs.
One of them is very ennoying for people using tiddlywikies.
I explain : when in edit mode, while you scroll down to enter content
everything is right, but as soon as the mouse pointer goes out of the
textearea control, the textarea auto-scrolls to top of the content. So
IE cannot be used anymore to write content easely.
Hopefully, this not occurs when in read mode.
Any ideas how to fix this (must be in the core code i'm afraid).
Thank you.

I'm afraid I can't seem to reproduce this.
Not entirely sure I understand the problem description though.

Ok I'll try to explain a bit better the bug.
You have to run a tiddlywiki onto IE8 without compatibility mode
enabled (the kind of scroll near to the adress URL box).
You need a quite big tiddler to have a large scrolling bar on the
textarea control.
Scroll down then mouve the mouse outside of the textarea : the content
of this area will auto scroll to to top without you doing anything !
So each time the textarea control will fire a mouseout event (or the
body will fire a mouseover event I don't know how the core code is
managing this) the textarea will auto scroll and the edited part will
be out of view.
If you enable compatibility mode rendering this issue will not be
shown.
Hope this helps.

Trying this on a different machine, I can confirm the issue.
Could you file a bug report*, referencing this thread?

Thanks.
