Whats the secret to get TiddlyWiki saving to work on an XO?

Not that I know it. I gave it a try (wget + Browse) and the local file
did not get enough privileges to save.

But then I realized that we are looking at it from the wrong point of
view: the fact that we have become used to use a **web** browser to
work with local tiddlywiki does not mean that the Browse activity is
the one that should be used to deal with tiddlywikis.

So, instead of tweaking the Browse activity, maybe we should work on
creating a TiddlyWiki activity that deals friendly with downloading,
editing and saving tiddlywikis.
