empty lines = blank space

I want to keep the tiddler source easily readable by using empty lines
generously. But I would like to avoid having lotsa blank space in a
rendered tiddler. Any solution to this dilemma?

FWIW, there's a ticket for this:

(There are also a few related tickets... )

However, it's a tricky issue, so you'll have to use a workaround (as
described by Wolfgang) for now.
