Yes. Here is a news article:

3-year-old hit, killed by vehicle driven by his uncle
Herald-Leader Staff Report

A 3-year-old boy was killed Saturday when a vehicle driven by his 28-
year-old uncle accidentally struck him at the home of the child’s
grandparents, authorities said Sunday.

Kentucky State Police said Landon James Gootee had wandered behind the
vehicle driven by Jeremy Gootee that was backing out of a private
drive at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on St. Mary’s Road, about 2 miles north of
Lebanon.

The accident occurred at the home of the child’s maternal
grandparents, Terry and Mary Masterson Gootee, at 1875 St. Mary’s
Road, said Marion County deputy coroner Allen Mattingly.

The child was pronounced dead at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon of
head and chest injuries, Mattingly said. No autopsy was performed.

No charges have been filed in the case, police said.

Survivors include the child’s mother, Shannon Gootee, of Lebanon; the
father, Shawn Woodyard, of Lebanon; and paternal grandmother, Teresa
Penman of Danville.

Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is handling arrangements.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis of Assisi
Catholic Church at St. Francis in Marion County.

God has a new angel,
To watch over us all.
He can handle the tasks,
Both large and small.

His smile is great,
It lights up our hearts.
He is smiling today,
Even though we're apart.

He'll be waiting for us,
When we return home.
We'll hold him again,
Never having to let go.

Landon has touched the hearts of everyone he met. God bless him.
Prayers out to Shannon, Shawn, Jeremy and the rest of the family.

As you all may imagine, the funeral for this little boy was extremely
emotional and difficult.

Jimmy Clements is the little guy's uncle, and he gave part of the
eulogy today.

I have known Jimmy for a long time, but I never knew him to have any
talent for public speaking. Today he gave one of the best eulogies I
have ever heard from or for anyone.

I know that Jimmy will be running for Sheriff next election, so if he
has any opposition, they should be advised! A man who could deliver
such a difficult eulogy with the grace Jimmy Clements did today would
likely have no trouble delivering any political speech.

Truly, it was touching. Following him was the little boy's
grandfather, Terry Gootee, who read a poem his wife wrote during the
sleepless morning hours before the funeral. I am sure there was not a
dry eye in the church by the time those two stepped down from the
pulpit.
