Dis Fuc*in thing is a nightmare

This thing is a piece of shi*, ive looked over the whole net 2 try and
find a solution and i just can't find one.

It asks 4 that "OpenMG Secure Module.msi" and of course I can't do
anything. Then when I try and uninstall the thing it says : "An
Instillation support file
'C:\DOCUME~1\ANTONT~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\{71d6ce84-b7dc-4166-8e0d-56c1c37bfb5a}\setup.inx'
could not be installed."

I've tried to download the file from here:
http://support.connect.com/rightnow/File_download/OpenMg%20Secure%20Module.msi
but then a message saying : "This instillation package could not be
opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid
Windows Installer package" comes up when i try and run it.

I am check and fix with your message. And download OpenMG Secure
Module but can not uninstall and reinstall. That please reply how to do

I tried to uninstall it through the usual way like u suggested through
the add/remove programs function.

However when i click remove the following message occurs:

i've finally fixed it.

sony have made me change the registry on my pc. 2 files had 2 be
deleted, its fine!

at fuc*in last!!!
