PRINTABLE VERSION OF DOCS

Hi,
First a for most thank for releasing this to public domain.
This is bound to have a strong impact in java web development.
Where can I get a printable version of the docs to read offline?

We don't have PDF available currently, but we have made all of the documentation pages semi-printer-friendly with print stylesheets -- when you print, the menu/header/etc disappear, so the content fills up the full printed page.

We will consider better printing options in the future, thanks for the suggestion.
