Illinois Senator Dick Durbin put a moratorium on the deportations of students who could be affected by the Dream Act, like in the case of Rigo Padilla and others like him. 2. President Obama pass an executive order to stop the raids and deportations on immigrants now. 3. City of Chicago and Cook County officials stop cooperating with federal immigration officials, and actively enforce the Sanctuary Status for undocumented immigrants.
