You are invited to join us for the ANNUAL MEETING of LOKAYAT.
Date: Sunday, June 8, 2008
Time: 4 to 8 pm
(Please note the timings, it will be a four hour meeting starting at 4 pm.)
Venue: Lokayat Hall, 3 rd floor, Lenovo Building, Opp. Syndicate Bank,
Near Nal Stop, Law College Road, Pune - 4
The Lokayat Annual Meeting is organised once a year at around this time. This will be our third Annual Meeting ever since we began Lokayat in end 2004.
AGENDA for Meeting:
We shall be presenting our report of activities for the past one year, and our proposed plans for the next one year. After that we shall invite comments from all our sympathisers, including their criticisms, and their suggestions for improving our activities, and their desire to contribute to our wide range of activities.
Do join us for this important meeting. We will be delighted to have your comments and criticisms on our activities.
Finally, we request you to come on time as there are a lot of things to be discussed and if we start on time, we can finish on time.
