Yes I too believe we must get rid of this Caste system .
Yes its too simple to state that...  but why would ppl do that?


May be the caste system was relevant a thousand years ago when a particular group of ppl settled for a particular kind of work which gave that a particular status in the society.
This Status is the exact reason for why ppl will not leave the caste system.
Thats the exact reason why caste is so important to the ppl of our country even in recent times.
even thought nothing today is similar to a day thousand yrs ago.

Everything else evolved but this caste system.
Anything which doesnt evolve will become inconsistant and problematic to the system and it will slow down the whole system.
I believe this castesystem has had its time and it has been dragged by the ppl for too long.

When I think of this I find a analogy to this issue of the social world in the computing world...
This is just like when you find out that one of the important files to run you System is not compatible with the recent version of the OS. You do not try to delete the file(which will lead to SYSTEM CRASH) .. instead you try to find the most recent and compatible version to run your system smoothly.

If you really want ppl to forget Caste System. We will have to think of a different kind of social status  which will make ppl forget the older caste system.

So we just need to find the next and most recent version of this Caste system and upload it in to the system so that ppl will start using it.

All we need for that are some good thinkers with some good social logic .
And and i believe BHUMI is the company which will build that version.

So ppl if any one understood what I said ... plz come up with some ALTERNATIVES TO THE  CASTESYSTEM INSTEAD OF TRYING TO  ABOLISH IT.

and if you go on shouting "abolish caste system"  no ones gonna listen to you...

Sir today cast has been associated by the virtue of birth this has been done by people in power in order to create difference, just imagine what will happen when there is no discrimination based on birth, this has been inserted into our minds by rulers and politicians, this is against Hinduism they have modified the concept of cast system for their own benefit, if you read Roopali's mail you will come to know this diversion has not been started today but is in practice since the time of her great-grand father, and this deviation has been opposed by likes of Swami Dayanand Sarswati, Raja Rammohen Roy, Swami Vivekanand and other's, but their act's have been put into dark deliberately by people in power today, so that they can keep on propagating their message of hate, whereas when their activities are highlighted by organization like RSS, VHP and individuals like swami Ramdev etc, they are labeled as propagating violence, sir you might remember the controversy that surrounded swami Ramdev, some times back, it is this that we have to unmask

 

Sir my request to you and to all members who are reading this mail is to understand and propagate the actual meaning of Hinduism, those who try to divide people on the basis of cast we must answer them by telling them the truth that cast is not based on the virtue of birth but by virtue of Karma. Once we are able to make people understand this simple fact we will see a prosperous and advancing India without any violence and any sort of hate what so ever.

 

Question:- Why cast system is so important? Why should we practice it at all?

 

Answer:- Sir have a look at any organization today, we have a CEO, we have many director's then leads then engineers then support staff, Sir do you want to oppose this system? this is a very convenient way to ensure smooth operation of the organization, why not apply this same concept on society? there are people who can do one particular job better then anyone else and that is why they are assign that job, hence the entire company (society) befits, here again Sir an engineer can surly rise to become CEO of the company, by his hard work and innovative thinking, no-one is a born CEO, this is what is essence of cast system. As entry point for any person is engineer similarly entry point for any person is Shudra, sir kindly point out in case you have a better supplement for this system.

 

One more point to make clear to people is that today politicians are trying and will be trying to propagate hate in various form it can be based on religion, cast, sex or they may even invent a new mode they may even try to divide people based on what language they speak, they may even try to divide people based on which location they live in. We must make people aware of these actual traitor's of our motherland. 

 

Sir help in propagating the beauty of our land and inform people about rich and colorful culture that we have this will be your biggest service to your motherland.

I really don't find anything on the linked page of DALIT VOICE which is away from truth. Infact everything there seems to be correct compilation. Its true that only the bad part is high lighted but it should not be when this is actually being practiced on the ground.

 

Actually, one can feel the pain when one is born in a family whom most people would ditch by saying lower, even the fool but born in Brahmin can speak and insult one very normal person. And this is very much in our caste system. This is also a way to show the anger. A person like you should rather come ahead and do something to eradicate such bad tradition. Perhaps if were born as chamar would have certainely done that. And now you must be feeling a angry on me.

 

In one way if anybody is bringing the weaknesses of Hinduism in light in such a fashion than thats actually good for this religion, as perhaps people will try to think on this.

 

Please do some ground work do something to remove castiesm, embrace the lower caste today, stop writing pandey an open show of your brahminism, don't accept dowry and give dowry, don't descriminate between a female child and a male child. Avoid the protion from those religips books where there is a mention of castiesm and I think this is what is the objective of bringing all about DALIT VOICE. But you want to fight by saying everything is good in your religion than you can keep discussing as nothing can come out of this false boldness.

Hi to all the patriots there, This is my first mail to the
discussion.

I agree to a large extent with Satya. I would like to give
another explanation in this regard.

When we say " abolish caste system ", we are creating
resentment in the minds of the people who have lived their whole lives
in this caste system. Its a part of their life script. They are not bad
or foolish people , but they have never imagined life without this
caste system which has been handed down to them through the
generations.

For example, before the revolutions in Europe and America,
ideas like fraternity and freedom were not even thinkable and these
are the same ideas which look like common sense to us.

Another point which I have thought, in all these revolutions
the there is a common thing, they all talked of new positive idea like
fraternity and freedom, they most of the time didn't said "abolish old
system", they talked of new ideas which were like fresh air to the
people.

I think even though our goal is to abolish casteism, we should
refrain from making negative statements like "abolish caste system".
Can we think of some positive words to take it place. We can.

I think we should apply this philosophy in all our writings,
talkings, meetings. I think apart from quoting a source or survey, we
should refrain from saying negative things about India. Even when we
are saying that we have to remove corruption, we are still reinforcing
this mindset in our and our brothers mind. Lets start making positive
comments which is good in India , which was good in India , and the
good we are going to create in future. Every statement should reflect
our goal.

There is enough negativity around us, I think we should not add
to it. Even if requires to change the pamphlets which we have created ,
we should change them. I am really sorry this thing I didn't posted
when it was asked about the design of banner and all.

"We will never complain"
"We will always find solutions"

Although I have high regards for Infosys chairman Shri
Narayanmurthi, but we have to see what happened after his outburst
against politicians. Did they changed. No they replied with even
greater force. Even called driving a company is very easy as compared
to politics.

Lastly, I would like to say when I look with in me, I don't find
myself to be a persom eligilble enough to make these statements. Its
take much greater courage to change oneself then making big talks like
these. Thats what we all need.
