My dear Brothers & Sisters,
It is the Fundamental right of a citizen of India to know how the Govts effectively spends precious and hard earned Taxpayers money in the achievment of Goals enshrined in the Constitution of India.
We are a Democratic Country & by the virtue of Article 19(1)(a) citizen of India has a right to Freedom of speech & expression & this right is exercised when he Cast his Vote in the Election process.
If a citizen is being denied of such a valuable information he may make a wrong judgement in casting his Vote & it shall thereby nullify the relevance of Democracy. It need not be over emphasised that a informed Citizenry is a pre requisite of a sound Democracy.
With reference to above, I request the BM Management, in its wisdom, to have a discussion with a learned Counsel & if deemed expedient file a formal Petition in the Hon Supreme Court.
The CAG(COMPTROLLER & AUDITORS GENERAL OF INDIA) Reports are goldmine of Political corruption and negligence. Our Govt talks about budget outcomes but never publishes these reports.
I believe that Court Room Battle will not only help in our mission but will also give recognition to our Organization. There are many such issues that can be raised in these Constitutional Courts.
I believe that inaction of Judiciary is primarily responsible for the present rot of the system.
Aggresive legal battle in these Courts shall force the Judiciary to take action.
Laws that could have made an impact has remain ineffective on papers. Inapplicability of Laws does not take away its shine. System may not be delivering but this does not take away my right to Justice.
Rest when we meet.
JaiHind
