All other dates are also modified.
Important Information about Task Force
Task force is not a permanent team.
It will consist of chapter representatives only. So persons nominated by chapter coordinators will be allowed to participate.
Chapter coordinator must mail name/s of representative/s to moderatorbm@gmail and cc to his chapter.
Chapter coordinator must mail in following format
subject of mail : Representative for Task Force
Name of representative, chapter name, E-mail-id, mobile number.
contact your chapter coordinator if you wish to represent your chapter. Please don't mail to moder...@gmail.com
Chapter coordinator will be responsible for non performing representative.
We request all those who attended the national meet must brief about Task Force to their chapter coordinators and representatives.
New but active members must be given chance to participate in the team.
Task Force will be formed by July 17, 2006.
Team will start its work on July 20, 2006 and it is supposed to finish its Job by Aug 5, 2006.
Task Force will be given a chance to choose its coordinator and co-coordinator in 2 days after its formation. If no consensus will emerge, Admin team will nominate coordinator and co-coordinator. It will be primary responsibility of coordinator and co-coordinator to interact with members, get more participation ( if possible ) and produce timely results. They will be free to devise their own ways.
Last date for sending Nomination is July 17, 2006.
TASK FORCE
Responsibility : It will have primary responsibility to create a vision document for chapters' activities till Dec, 31, 2007 concentrating on next 6 months. It will design a road map for groundwork for all chapters either big or small. Focus will be on ground work but task force can pick up some other relevant activities as well.
Activities will be designed in two categories:
Activities for chapters having less than 15 active members
Activities for chapters having more than 15 members.
Task Force can create its own classification and give its views on that basis. Task Force will list down 5-10 activities which should be done by every chapter so that we can have some uniformity across the country.
One BM member expressed his expectations from Task Force in following words (and Admin Team expects the same):
"If we are to prove something to the people then we must choose the kind of Activities which will answer the problems of most of the people .Only then we will have some thing solid to show them and ask them to elect us when we contest the Elections."

Admin Team may allow some other chapters to participate.
Status : Status of the task force will be advisory.
