National Meeting Agenda

Jaipur, 24-25th June

There will be total 4 sessions : Introduction, Progress Review, Future Action-plan, Constitution Formation. Each session will have one convener and 2 co-conveners, to moderate, coordinate and document the discussion. Convener and co-conveners will be from central administrative and central management teams.

24th June:

The day's proceedings will begin and end with national anthem.

1. Introduction Session (10 am - 11 pm)

1. Introduction by all members : Name, Education, Profession, Home State, Why did I join BM, future role in BM (10 am - 10:40 am)

2. Vision of BM (10:40 am - 11 am) by Administrative Team

2. Progress Review (11 am - 1 pm & 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm)

1. One chapter representative from each chapter will present his/her chapter's progress till the present, various challenges faced and how they were tackled, propagation methodology, groundwork done, challenges that they are facing at present in propagation and groundwork, future plan of action. Maximum time given to each chapter will be approximately 8 minutes. (11 am - 1 pm)

2. Administrative team will present over-all progress report of BM in the past. (2:30 pm - 3:00 pm)

3. Future Action-plan (3 pm to 5:30 pm)

1. Registration Issue : Presentation by administrative team about various legal requirements on BM's registration as a political party. Do we need an NGO ?

25th June:

The day's proceedings will begin and end with national anthem.

3. Future Action-plan contd... ( 8 am - 10 am)

1. Groundwork & Propagation (8 am - 10:00 am)

4. Constitution Formation (10 pm - 1 pm & 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm) : There will be no decision, only suggestions from the national meeting for constituent assembly and these suggestions will not be binding.

1. Organizational structure - collective leadership, hierarchy, member activation, task tracking, accountability and transparency (10 pm - 1 pm)

2. Membership criteria, discipline, how to make BM an egoless organization, free from internal bickerings and individualism. (2:30 pm - 3:30 pm)
