               Good options but for your kind information Miltry is also facing corruption at a very large scale.....I know that we all are feel good usually talking about our miltry but the bitter truth is that it is also facing corruption which is not seen by public....

         Thats why i think that "CORRUPTION" is the BIGGEST problem.Due to a fact if we are able to reduce the corruption only by 15 % than our GDP will grow 1% fast.....
--   Now you can imagine that how much our India is suffering from Corruption.
