Dear All,

 

Happy New Year to all of you.

 

The learnings, the outcome after three years of small attempts in social service sector, I feel now, that we should try to improve many fold  the services available in social service sector.

 

One of my initil observation was that not many engineering and scientific organizations are involved in social service sectors as compared to health and economic and development professionals.

 

The salary given to service professionals are far below industry average, which should reasonably fixed to atatract more talents.

 

Corruption is as prevalant as in other sectors(!); think so...

 

Quality expectations should be to national and international levels; we should be bit more ambitious in our deliveries
