Programs on Sept 20 and 21 (Saturday, Sunday) - Lokayat

Lokayat is organising two very important programs on Sept 20, Saturday and Sept 21, Sunday.

Program 1: SEPT. 20, Saturday:

Program for Release of Dr. Vinayak Sen,
one of India's best human rights activist,
organised by Vinayak Sen Release Committee, Pune.

Speakers:
1. Ajay T. G. filmmaker from Chattisgarh, who was also incarcerated by Chattisgarh police for three months.
2. Anand Patwardhan, well known filmmaker from Mumbai.
3. Justice P. B. Sawant, retd. Judge, Supreme Court of India, will preside.

A film on Vinayak Sen, made by Ajay T. G. will also be screened.

Venue: Bharat Itihas Sanshodhak Mandal, Near Bharat Natya Mandir, off Tilak Road, Pune.
Time: 5.30 pm

Program 2: Sept 21, Sunday

Rally against nuclear energy and against Nuclear Power plant in Jaitapur.

Route:                       From Senapati Bapat Putla, near Alka Talkies, Deccan.

via Laxmi Road
to Mahatma Phule Mandai.

Time: 5. 30 pm
