4. Dr. Yajunath, gave an enlightening
speech by bringing out what is hidden within the Vedas that are applicable
to the current day. He discussed the essence of "shri- sukta" and
the mechanism which had been driving the ancient society, which he proved
to be applicable till date. He brought in the practices nurtured by

by the Vedas, is the way by which, we can live great life.

VANDE MATRAM !!
We at BM riverside passionately feel that for the rise of our great nation, India, a movement is needed. A movement which does not only talks or preaches but also works at ground level. We understand that for the fundamental changes in the system, we need to be the part of policy making. We also understand that current political climate in India is not conducive for the overall development of India and also does not encourage people with nationalistic passion and vision to join it. So we at BM Riverside in concurrence to the theme of BM as a whole, envision that one day we will be the part of mainstream policy making by directly participating in the democratic electoral process. This is a massive task requiring not only passion but also tremendous effort and time. So BM riverside is a step towards that. It is a small step forward but we strongly believe in the saying that to win a WAR you have to win small battles. We hope BM as a whole will grow and become stronger and one day we will be in the position of changing the things. JAI HIND *" Bharat Uday Mission, Riverside Chapter, California, USA.
I am having a good time in India and hope the arrangements for the First BM meet
in USA is well in progress. I am really going to miss that.
I met with the BM_HYD chapter members and there are an enthusiastic bunch of people. I
liked them a lot and the way they are working.
My ideas so far :
Regarding the Village Development Program, I feel that one thing that is missing
badly in villages is the sanitation. Also, I feel that every village is famous for
something or the other, i.e every village has a speciality of its own. One example
I can give is, I visited a place called 'Kadiyam', which is near Mandapet in East
Godavari District of AP. That village, it seems is very famous for the nursery and
plantations. So, that village can be developed on that lines.
Regarding the corruption in India, I feel that it is still rampant because the
punishment for bribery is severe in India, like if any one is caught, he loses his
job. Unlike this, i feel it would be more effective if we can minimize the
punishment and make it more prevalent, like demoting the officer who took bribe
and promoting his subsequent subordinate to his position. I don't know if thats a good
idea.
This is all I could think of. Even though my contribution is small, I hope it is
useful. I sorry that I could not make any power point pres.
I will call you as soon as I arrive at Indianapolis.
Thanks,
Dwaraka
Reason to Join BM: The faith over BM that it will save India from the clasps of mean,
uncivilized and stupid politicians who are still looting and dividing
our country.
My Favorite Quote:
When you are inspired by some great
purpose, some extraordinary
project,
all your thoughts break their bonds;
your mind transcends all limitations
your consciousness expands in every direction,
and you find yourself in a new
great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, faculties and talents
become alive, and you discover yourself
to be a greater person by far
than you ever dreamed
yourself to be.

Appeal to All BM USA
members
BM USA Meet was A GREAT success, as reflected in minutes. Core team was decided. This Meet was a foundation stone of BM USA. It is no more was just an e-group. It is band of dedicated patriots who have seriousness to re-build the nation with great Indian values (moral and material development hand in hand). Now, we appeal all BM USA e-group members to search their hearts and realize their role in BM USA. Please do not remain just spectator in the group. This is against the spirit of the mission. We really need karmayogis (selfless action oriented person) in the group, but we realize all can not be karmayogis initially. So please strive hard to become one. Let us make the culture of $1/day or quarter/day. This is minimum expected from a real member of the group. Please search your heart that why are you in this group if you can not do at least this much. We realize that in the age of internet, many members join the group for the sake of it, which in turn spoil the culture of the group. Few very essential steps for every member:
This is simplest act each one
is expected to do. If people still remain inactive then those members
possess no dignity in the group. They would be considered just as the
junk emails, because if a soldier in an army is inactive, he/she is
equivalent to dead. Morally they have no right to express their views
or emails on the group, though we still respect their individuality
and harbor no ill feelings against them. BM USA is governed by moral-self-rule.
It is a call to your conscience.
Other developments and actions
will be rigorously followed up and we hope for bringing more and more
Indian patriots under the umbrella of BM USA. With this we close BM
USA Meet 2006.
Acknowledgements
In true sense, every effort
put in making this meet possible does not require any acknowledgements
as everything was in the service of motherland. But in cultural sense,
we thank one and all from the bottom of our hearts. Jai hind!
