===IMP POINTS REGARDING ONLINE MANAGEMENT=====

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We would like to convey following  points to you:

1. Every group must have bharatud...@yahoo.co.in as owner and moder...@gmail.com as moderator with all the privileges except deleting the group.  All the moderators please ensure it.

2. Please join your local chapter and start new chapters. It will help BM to grow and do more and more activities.

3. Main grp is for announcements, organizational development and activities related mails. Please don't send anything for discussion on main group. We spend a lot of time in moderation as we get 20-25 mails everyday and most of them are irrelevant as per the criteria.

4. You can discuss anything and everything on
groups.google.com/group/bm_discussion
Please utilize it.
Let us put self rule of writing at max one mail in a day as we need to listen others and give others a chance to speak. It will make discussions more fruitful and stream lined.

5.Please direct your queries to moder...@gmail.com. It will reduce traffic on grps and ppl will feel more comfortable in discussion.
