So recently an IMAM in mumbai was caught with hardcore evidence linking him towrds terrorist but it was hrdly an surprise to me and belive me folks you would never wish to go at nagpada in mumbai wer i hav been too again some brin teaser 1-abdul rehman antuley was made the trusty of famous siddhi vinayak temple in mumbai can you expct an hindu to be a trusty of a masjid 2-in kerala MLA,MP & minister take oath in name of allalh & infant jesus can a hindu minister do the same in other state-no 3-in govt funded catholic schools lessons from bible are camaflouged as a lesson as moral studies which i myself studied and started believing otherwise can a muncipality school teach even values of gita 4-in contrast in india Muslim population rose by 10.4% in 1951 to about 14% minimum today while hindus population has come down from 87.2% in 1951 to 81.5% in 2001,at this rate i my coming genertion may become minority 5-do you belive communist re patriotic while they refuse to admit that china was the agressor in 1962 at the end i would conclude that i myself have good relationship with freinds of other religion and i respect believers of other faiths,but these question are not meanigless and i am not a fundamentalist but do shower your comments or hate mils at me i am happy for that regards Amit kumar chatterjee

why can't we seem to grow up beyond harping with what's wrong with muslims.. and then trying to contradict them by finding faults with hinduism as it is today??

 

look amit.. we understand and appreciate your concern.. and also the fact taht the issue you're trying to bring to light is a real and genuine one.. but then.... repeating the same thing over and over again.. in different words.. and harping on the problem is not gonna change anything..

 

and of all things.. why is this confrontational attitude.. rupi.. i know you don't like the harping on the same points.. but in a way you do agree with what amit said.. as truth. though a partial truth only.. in trying to make a complete picture... both of you are essentially taking a comprehensive view of the situation.. so why is the attitude so confrontational???

 

and amit.. don't pride yourself too much on being so rational.. it seems hubristic at times.. who are you trying to throw your attitude at.. by saying taht we'll send hate mails and that makes you happy...  try doing a public sermon.. and you might have a following of mindless masses.. who'll get agitated in seconds with your great statements.. but if you're trying to be mature and seek a solution.. then stop preaching hatred and put your mind on how to sensitively go about handling the issues at hand.

 

rupinder.. i appreciate your mindset about our work being independent of caste/religion discrimination.. but the facts still remain.. and we can't close our eyes to them... so being clear in understanding.. and facing the situation is indeed necessary.. so we can prepare and react appropriately.

 

anyway.. i'm sorry for meddling in between if i've managed to offend anyone... and guys..do we realize that we'd more important issues to address.. and there should be some topics.. which are too big/controversial and should not be discussed for the coming year?
