National Meeting Agenda

Jaipur, 24-25th June 

There will be total 4 sessions: Introduction, Progress Review, Future Action-plan, Constitution Formation. Each session will have one convener and 2 co-conveners, to moderate, coordinate and document the discussion. Convener and co-conveners will be from central administrative, central management teams and organizing committee. 

24th June: 

Registration: 9 am - 10 am 

1. Introduction Session (10 am - 11:30 am) 

1. National Anthem and Welcome Address by a member of Organizing Committee : (10 am-10:30 am)
2. Introduction by all members : Name, Education, Profession, Home State, Why did I join BM, future role in BM (10:30 am - 11:10 am)
3. Vision of BM (11:10 am - 11:40 am) by Administrative Team

2. Progress Review (11:45 am - 1 pm & 2:30 pm - 3:45 pm)

1. Administrative team will present over-all progress report of BM in the past.  (11:45 am - 12:15 pm)
2. One chapter representative from each chapter will present his/her chapter's progress till the present, various challenges faced and how they were tackled, propagation methodology, groundwork done, challenges that they are facing at present in propagation and groundwork, future plan of action. Maximum time given to each chapter will be approximately 8 minutes. (12:15 pm - 1 pm and  2:30 pm - 3:45 pm)

3. Future Action-plan (3:45 pm to 5:30 pm)

1. Registration Issue: Presentation by administrative team about various legal requirements on BM's registration as a political party.
2. National Anthem (5:20 pm - 5:30 pm)

 

25th June: 

3. Future Action-plan contd... (8 am - 11 am)

1. National Anthem, Groundwork & Propagation : Vision Document for BM (8 am - 11:00 am)

4. Constitution Formation (11 am - 1 pm & 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm): There will be no decision, only suggestions from the national meeting for constituent assembly and these suggestions will not be binding.

1. Organizational structure - collective leadership, hierarchy, member activation, task tracking, accountability and transparency (11 am - 12:30 pm)
2. Membership criteria, discipline, how to make BM an egoless organization, free from internal bickering and individualism. (12:30 pm - 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm)
3. Note of thanks by Admin Team and National Anthem (3:00 pm - 3:30 pm)
