Dear Friends,
The day you all have been waiting for has arrived.
The details of SWAMI RAMDEV'S FIRST YOG SCIENCE CAMP
outside India and in UK are as below :

FIRST CAMP :
Date      : 15th. July to 22nd. July, 2006
Timings  :  Morning Session : 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. --- Could be rescheduled
half to one hour later due to Health &Safety and/or Noise issues. Will
be notified in due course and announced on the Aastha Channel
              : Evening Session  : 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Registrations are separate for each Session.

Participants desiring attending both Sessions may do so by registering
themselves for both sessions separately and procuring respective Donor
Passes

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPS

1)Men, women and children who have obtained consent of their qualified
health care professional to be suitable to participate in an
exercise/health/fitness program can participate

     2)      Women are requested to wear white/yellow/pink salwar
kameez or gym wear and Men are requested to wear kurta pajamas or loose gym
wear/jogging wear.

     3)      Passes should be displayed for enrty to the camp.

    4)      We suggest that participants undergo medical
checkup(basically weight, sugar levels, blood pressure, lipid profile etc.) before
and after attending the camp whereby they can analyse the difference and
benefits of attending the camp.

     5) Children under the age of 10 are not encouraged for health and
Safety issues and will be allowed only if under strict parental
guidance and supervision and at the parents own risk and responsibility.

     6) Participants are required to come in the morning after
completing the morning ablutions and on an empty stomach for maximum results.

     7) Participants in the evening session must not eat/drink anything
for around 3/4 hours before attanding the Camp.

For each session donor passes of following categories will be made
available :

VIP           : Suggested Donation Value    GBPounds 500 only.

Diamond  : Suggested Donation Value    GBPounds 300 only.

Gold         : Suggested Donation Value    GBPounds 140 only.

Silver        : Suggested Donation Value    GBPounds   70 only.

There are no seperate/different/discounted suggestions for senior
citizens, children, group registrations.

Special arrangements for receiving instructions in English language by
use of earphones are planned.

Further details about telephone numbers for enquiries, where the Donor
passes will be available, how to register and pay your donations, how
to apply for the different types of Memberships, and the Gift Aid Form
from Tax Payers only will be notified and announced on the channel, as
well as emailed/posted/notified to you.

Please arrange to apply for your leaves/holidays, make arrangements
with family, friends, relatives and neighbors, for the daily coaches if
necessary where groups can participate who cannot drive/or are
aged/dependent upon others to daily drive them to and from the venue.
Please note that there are no arrangements for food or drinks or any
refreshments to be served at the venue.
The venues, dates and details of the next Camps will soon be announced
and notified, but you are requested to register immediately to avoid
disappointment, as participation will be on first come first served basis
only.
