Hello Friends,

We should take this thing in mind. For any movement to become a
success it should have a direct link with the general public.

May be various government policies fail because they are not in
touch with the people.

For example, YUVA a new initiative against AIDS. The
colloboroters are NACO and Ministries of youth.

What I want to say is "are this policies really in touch with people."

We should check these things. Right to Information Act is a great
act which may tell about these things.

Friends,
The Govt schemes dont succeed because the objective at
all levels is to loot as much as possible. That's why
nobody ever declares the outcome of the expenditute in
the scheme. With Panchyat Raj the loot has further gone
to lowest level where few of the ruling party workers
corner the funds. The whole machinery of the Govt is
engaged in syphoning the funds.Remember they are
powerful with police, revenue and other officials on
their side. The poor beneficiaries even dont know about
the scheme and if atall prepered to sign for any thing
as long they get something.bhanu
