Dear Chapter Secretaries and BM Members,

 

Vande Mataram!

We, the National Executive, are planning a *major national level activity *in the month of *April*. The tentative dates are *
15th or 22nd*, as these are week-ends.

The *objectives* of this activity are:

1. Make more no. of chapters active

2. Mobilize the nation in one direction

3. Get more members to work for the cause, under the banner of BM

4. Increase the enthusiasm / motivation of the active members

So, I seek your help in making this activity a grand success.

I request you to discuss this with other members from your chapter, and help
me with the following 2 points:

*1. What activity can be done?
*It can either be a one day activity like an RTI workshop or as kamal
pandeyji (bm sonepat) suggested it can be the kick-start of a major activity
like street-children habilitation/education etc.

*2. What would be the objective / desired result or effect of that activity?
*

This will help us in understanding your idea better

*3. Your preference for the date: 15th or 22nd April*

*Important Dates:*

Last date of sending ideas: *15th March*

Selection of the best and most feasible idea: *18th march*

This will give us plenty of time to prepare for the activity.

Hope we get a great response from all the chapters for this activity.

*ALL CHAPTERS WILL BE CONDUCTING THIS ACTIVITY IN THE RESPECTIVE CITIES. YOU DONT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO ANY CITY FOR THE ACTIVITY*

We also seek your cooperation in making more chapters active; so if there
are any cities near yours, which have dormant chapters / do not have
chapters, please try and initiate chapters there.

WE REALLY NEED INFORMATION ABOUT ALL THE 44 CHAPTERS IN BM. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THE CORRECT AND UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION ONLY ABOUT THE FOLLOWING CHAPTERS IN INDIA:

1. Pune

2. Bangalore

3. Nashik

4. Delhi

5. Gwalior

6. Chennai

7. Aurangabad

8. Mumbai

9. Sonepat

10. Ujjain

11. Bhopal

IF YOUR CHAPTER NAME DOES NOT FIGURE IN THIS LIST, PLEASE ASK YOUR CHAPTER COORDINATOR TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IMMEDIATELY, OR YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY. THIS WILL ENABLE MAX NUMBER OF CHAPTERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY !
