4store release 1.0.6, and 1.1.0

This is to announce the release of 4store version 1.0.6, and 1.1.0.

The 1.0 series are compatible with raptor 1, and rasqal <= 0.9.21. The 1.1 series are compatible with raptor 2, and rasqal >= 0.9.22.

This will probably be the last release of the 1.0 series. 1.1 is better in a number of important ways. Git HEAD is now the 1.1 series.

* Set storage path on configure line
* Import NQuads data (1.1 only)
* Turtle files over 2GB (1.1 only)
* Support for SPARQL 1.1 functions (1.1 only)
* Bugfix in the handling of bNodes in INSERT DATA
* Better reporting when of incorrect verbs
