Scrybe: The Next Big Thing in GTD?

I'm not sure I believe everything in the video -  but if it really can do all they claim this is one of the best Web2.0 apps I've seen. Lets see what the beta is like.

applications. Too bad they didn't mention it on the logos that appear
(along with that horrible ajax logo);

I got mine this morning!

It's a pretty sweet interface. Very AJAXy. However, its calendar mode
expands and contracts just like the old Outlook plugin, DateLens,
created by a college professor and his students a few years back. It's
still downloadable, but not being updated any more.

It has empty containers that allude to future modules (only the
calendar and its associated lists and notes are available, from what I
can see). I'm going to give Thinking Rock some time this week and
next, and maybe transfer away from OneNote. Thinking Rock has a
combination of topics (future book list to read, movies you'd like to
rent eventually, etc), and contexts (context = where you are, like
work, out on errands, etc) -- all through more of a label system than
OneNote. OneNote's more hierarchical, which is fine, but its note
flags are frustrating -- they seem halfway built, as you can't filter
on them, search on multiple ones, etc. Really annoying. OneNote 2007
has more hooks to Outlook, but I'm going to seriously put Thinking Rock
through its paces before going back to OneNote. Maybe by then iscrybe
will have more modules available.

In addition to this, there is one new and VERY promising GTD task
management app in place.

It's called Accomplice (www.accomplice.com). This is Team task
management fully integrated with Outlook including Get Things Done
philosophy.

I'm running the beta, and I'm really hooked!

For individual use I'm finding the jelloGTD plugin for Outlook to be very good

Thinking Rock is built 100% in java. iScrybe is built 100% in flash.
I described iScrybe as AJAXy because of its similarity to gmail and
other rich internet apps within its GUI.
