Group SMS - does't save groups...

I bought Group SMS earlier this morning and immediately started trying
it out. Everything seemed to be fine: I picked members out of the "All
Contacts" group, went to the Next Step, typed my message, and hit
send. That worked beautifully.

My next test was to create a group. And that seemed to go well. I hit
the Group tab, then the + sign to create a new group, pressed "Create
New Group" from the menu that slid up, gave the group a name, and then
clicked Save. I get a "Save group successfully!" dialog. I press OK
and that takes me back out to the All Groups screen.

From the All Groups screen, I tap on that new group and it opens in
its own window. I then hit the + sign and choose Add Existing Contact.
I tap on the contact I want, and it puts a checkmark next to the
contact. I press Save, and I am back at the window for the new group.
The contacts I chose show in the Group. Everything looks fine, so I
press the Back button. This takes me to the All Groups window, which
correctly shows the new group, along with the All Contacts and Unfiled
groups.

That seems perfect, and is exactly what I was expecting. So I then
exit out of Group SMS, then go back in. Back to the All Groups tab,
and...

There are two groups listed: All Contacts and Unfiled. The group that
I created is missing.

Everything else works without a hitch. Group SMS works great, From
History pulls up the people I sent messages too previously, support
shows the Support information. My only problem is that groups I create
don't actually save.

This is a problem since I bought Group SMS specifically to create and
save groups.

Any ideas?

I am using an iPhone 3G w/ ios 4.
