I am actually very familiar with his site...has a ton of information, albeit not set up very well (through whatever blog-type web service he is running). If you dig deep, a lot of good info, some of which you have found. I assume he is a local who is quite interested in Zychlin history, both Jewish and not. For what it's worth, I'd definitely advocate for him as a member here, if you can work out the technicalities!
