Why some barcode good enough don't be recognized correctly by zxing

Good day.
Why are some fairly good barcodes not recognized by the zxing application. At the same time, they are successfully recognized by smartphone cameras.

Could you improve the barcode recognition algorithm so that the barcodes attached below can be correctly recognized.
