Some Newbie question about permission and rebuild.

First,
Thanks for sharing your source to us,
I'm new to android development,
and i would like to know is this source can been edit and rebuild as own apps?
I means use your QR SCANNER to make my own version with different app name,icon and some edit and remove something to what i need?

Actually i would like to use your QR SCANNER to make as my login scanner.
I'm still learning on it, wish can be done and get your permission to doing this.

You can't clone the app's look-feel and UI. You can reuse the application code in accordance with the open source license. please do so responsibly. Really, you should start by writing your own app and reuse bits as you need them.
