300 dpi high resolution PDF QR code

I would like to create a 300 dpi high resolution PDF QR code which
needs to be high resolution to print on glossy paper. Can someone
tell me how to do this?

You cab generate a PNG image of a barcode with something like
http://zxing.appspot.com/generator and make a PDF of that with your
tools.

Resolution is irrelevant. The image is pure squares and so scales up
well even as a bitmap.
