I'm not sure what HIBC is but I assume these are just the standard formats and the HIBC bit is irrelevant.

I don't think support for Code 39 / 128 exists in the C++ port in the same way it exists in Java, so don't know if you can read those. QR codes and Data Matrix should work, and these work for me. I have never seen Codablock; that is not supported anywhere.
